Service providers

Personal data is transferred to suppliers providing services necessary to run the Websites. Service providers are subject to the administrator's control and instructions as to the purposes and methods of processing this data. Suppliers are based in Poland.

Personal data will also be transferred to authorized state authorities, in particular to the Courts, Prosecutor's Offices, the Police, the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (formerly: the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection), the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection and others if they request the administrator to provide such data .


PERIOD OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA:

The period of storing personal data corresponds to the period of having an Account on the Website for the purpose of providing the Account service and related functionalities and other services, as well as for marketing purposes. After deleting the Account, the data will be anonymized. For the purposes of possible claims, evidence and consideration of complaints and requests as well as complaints, personal data is stored to a limited extent for a period corresponding to the possibility of using the above-mentioned measures, but not longer than for a period of 5 years. RIGHTS OF THE USER IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA:

4. personal data is processed unlawfully.

Requests to delete personal data in connection with raising an objection or withdrawing consent means that the administrator may retain personal data only to the strictly defined extent necessary for the purposes of establishing, pursuing or defending claims (Article 126 § 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure).

IV. Right to restriction of data processing

The user has the right to request the restriction of the processing of personal data. In the event of a request, the administrator will suspend further data processing until the User's request is considered.

The right to demand restriction of the use of personal data occurs in the following situations:
1. Questioning the correctness of personal data - the restriction of the use of data takes place for the time necessary to verify the correctness of the data, but not longer than for 7 days;
2. Data processing unlawful, and instead of data deletion, a request was made to limit their use;

3. Loss of processing purposes, except for establishing, investigating or defending against claims;
4. Objecting to the use of data - the restriction takes place for the time necessary to consider whether the specific situation of the User requiring the protection of his interests, rights and freedoms outweighs the interests of the data controller.

V. Right of access to data

The user has the right to obtain from the administrator confirmation of the processing of his personal data, including the right to:
