Job Description

At Majorel Portugal we are looking for a Customer Support Advisor for one of our amazing new clients where you can thrive and develop your career!

If you join us, you will be working for a Renewable Energy Company. Daily tasks would include clarifying inquiries and technical requirements via email, chat and phone, and will keep you in charge of understanding and identifying our customers’ needs.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Responsibilities

* Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
* Communicating with customers through various channels.
* Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
* Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
* Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
* Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
* Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
* Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Requirements

* Fluency in Flemish and a good level of English.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
* Experience with customer service will be valued.
* Currently living in Lisbon or having the flexibility to relocate to the city.
