Position Overview:
As a German Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to clients across the globe. Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via various channels (phone, email, chat) in multiple languages.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
