Responsibilities:

* Oversight of a small service consisting of approximately 80 children and young people in placement and fostering homes.
* Responsibility for identifying, nurturing, and supporting social work managers within the agency.
* Ensuring the agency and its employees maintain the highest standards of care, including responsibility for the overall Ofsted rating.
* Management and implementation of policies and quality assurance standards, including fostering business plans.

Requirements:

* Experience in upper-level management, preferably as head of fostering or in a similar role.
* Registration with Social Work England (SWE).
* Driver's license.
* A deep commitment to supporting foster carers and families in providing the best possible support.
